"The Bradley Method" © 2007 by Lee R. Bradley

The original objective of these notes was to spell out the details on what I do on a regular basis when I use my computer. When I'm fairly confident that what I've built is accurate, I (not in any particular order)

  1. clear "Private Data" under Firefox
  2. clear the Boxer text editor's recently edited files list
  3. clear the Windows Documents menu
  4. empty the Windows "Recycle Bin"
  5. run Robomagic's "Socket Watch" periodically to set the computer's clock
  6. synchronize the R/W CD w/ the directory on the C: drive that I am currently using for new material
  7. flush buffers by closing the Altap ("Servant") Salamander file manager and ejecting the R/W disc
  8. defrag, run ScanDisk, an anti-virus scanner, Spybot S&D and a registry cleaner periodically
  9. empty Thunderbird's trash (which I've automated) and compact Thunderbird's folders
  10. post new material on the servers I use
